Meghann is an award winning Northwest Coast weaver and textile artist from the community of Alert Bay, BC.

She has both Irish and Indigenous Pacific North West Coast ancestry. Meghann also lived a life as a professional backcountry snowboarder. It feels odd to put Meghann in the box of artist or athlete.

To me she is the expression of a deeply rooted culture and a story still unfolding.

Her way of walking in this world to me is art, healing, creation, and revelation.
