A LITTLE BIT MORE ABOUT ME…

Sarinda Hoilett lives in the confluence between channels of personal health, natural awareness, sustained education, conscious intention, and open creativity that feed our depths.

Her life’s work is a ceaseless uncovering of the individual’s essence. Understanding through her own existence that we are, at core, light, she models and illuminates the way for others to drop the blinds we hold over our own radiance.

She spans earthy pragmatism and ethereal dreaming without distinction, knowing that nature itself is as audacious as it is mechanical, within us as we are within it. She thus follows a natural curiosity and attendant capacity through fields of Yoga, Massage, Ayurveda, Plant Based Nutrition, Herbology, Plant Medicine, and Somatic Body Therapies. Her knowledge is integrated through her own extensive practice of what she shares with others, and a visible testament to benefits that are both immediate and deepening through use.

From plant medicine and traditional and indigenous healing modalities, to holistic food sourcing and preparation, to conscious conception, birthing, and parenting, our individual healing can’t help but affect the collective. Sarinda’s hands-on work encompasses a broader scope of conscious approaches to how we live, consume, and interact with our environment, connecting with ancestral wisdom, unity and co-creation while celebrating our unique diversity.

Generation and regeneration of ourselves translates to our wider structures of family (birth or chosen), community, farming, and health systems. Sarinda’s vision is of true building of these through our own practices, creating a future that is supportive to all beings, and already within our reach, as it is already within ourselves.
